e-STATEMENTS
Sign up for e-Statements today and opt-out of receiving a paper statement in the mail. Each month you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your statement is available online through our secure website.
To sign up for e-Statements, go to the “Services” section in CEFCU ONLINE and fill out the Change e-Statement Options request form.
FAMILY MEMBER TRANSFERS
With CEFCU ONLINE, you have the ability to transfer funds from your own account into your family members’ (parents, spouse, children, grandchildren) account or make a loan payment for them.
To sign up for Family Member Transfers, go to the “Services” section in CEFCU ONLINE and fill out the Family Member Transfer Request form.
DRAFT IMAGES
If you have a share draft checking account with the credit union, you will be able to access free draft images to view the front and back of your processed check.
From the “Accounts” page in CEFCU ONLINE, click on the “Drafts” button for a listing of processed share draft checks. By double-clicking on the draft number, you will view the draft image.
ENHANCED LOGIN SECURITY (ELS)
The Enhanced Login Security provides additional layers of protection to ensure that you are accessing our valid, secured site and to authenticate your identity. This offers you an additional line of defense against unauthorized access to your account.
ALERT ME IDENTITY THEFT PROTECTION
Chelsea Employees FCU now provides its members low-cost access to a consumer credit monitoring service, Alert Me. This service offers daily monitoring and e-mail notifications of new or derogatory credit activity to help you quickly identify suspicious activity and stop potential financial sabotage to your credit.
