IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:

Thursday, May 29, 2025

  • Bill Pay will not be available from May 29 to June 2

Friday, May 30, 2025

  • Credit Union will close at 12:00 noon.
  • Online banking and Mobile App unavailable after 5 PM until June 2
  • Debit cards will have limited availability and reduced limits until June 2

Monday, June 2, 2025

  • Credit Union Closed for in-person transactions
  • ACH transactions and share drafts will be processed normally.
  • Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay available after 10 AM

Tuesday, June 3, 2025

  • Normal business hours resume.

WHAT WILL BE AFFECTED DURING THE UPGRADE WEEKEND MAY 30 – JUNE 2?

Online Banking

  • Unavailable from Friday May 30 at 5:00 PM to Monday June 2 at 10:00 AM.
  • All members must re-enroll using their existing Login ID starting June 2, 2025.
  • Use the last 4 SSN as the temporary password.
  • Multi-factor authentication will be implemented for enhanced security.

Mobile App

  • Unavailable from Friday May 30 at 5:00 PM to Monday June 2 at 10:00 AM.
  • Uninstall the current Chelsea Employees FCU Mobile App after May 30
  • Install our NEW MOBILE APP starting June 2, 2025.

Bill Pay

  • Not available from Thursday May 29 to June 2 10 AM
  • Ensure bills due between May 29 and June 2are paid early or by other means.
  • Make a list of your current bills (Company name, address, billing #, etc).
  • Enroll in our new Bill Pay Portal starting June 2, 2025
  • Contact us if you encounter issues after re-enrolling in online banking.

Debit Cards

  • Limited availability and reduced limits from May 30 to June 2
  • Do not destroy your current ATM/Debit Cards; they remain valid.

Electronic Transactions

  • Direct deposits will continue as scheduled.
  • ACH transfers and automatic payments will continue as scheduled.

Statements

  • All members will receive a paper statement monthly starting April 2025
  • Save any e-statements from the current system before May 30, 2025

How Can I Prepare for the Upgrade?

Here are a few steps you can take to prepare for the Upgrade and the transition of your account information:

  1. Update your contact information including cell # and email address.
  2. Stay Informed about the Upgrade through our website or social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
  3. Review your current payments, transfers and alerts to ensure continuity.
  4. Download the new Mobile App

Will My Online Banking Login ID and Password Stay the Same? No, you will need to re-enroll with new credentials starting June 2

Will My Direct Deposit and Payments Process during the Upgrade? Yes, they will continue as scheduled.

Are My Accounts Still Secure? Absolutely. We have taken all necessary precautions to ensure your information remains secure.

Can I Still Use My Existing Checks? Yes, your checks remain valid.
